What do you do with your old liturature?

i'm in the middle of decorating my new house, and was a bit stuck as to what to use to mask off the furniture/carpets etc until i spotted an oldv pile of watchtowers that i'd been meaning to throw out.
i now have paint spattered watchtowers all over my living room.. anybody else got any good things to use old liturature for?

Where do you believe the watchtower organization will be in 20 years?

Great topic. Welcome Benny & Code Blue I think the WTS will be here in 20 years and that blood transfusions will become a conscience matter and amazingly the R&F will get dub amnesia and bask in the new light. Never mind the fact that hundreds if not thousands have died due to their stupidity. Blood transfusions will go the way of organ transplants and the newly dunked JWs will have no clue about the ban on blood unless they have the courage to do their own research. The WTS will be a watered down version of what we have today, they will change in order to grow 'cause the numbers is all the WTS cares about. - V Sky

Last Assembly!
by Euphemism injust wanted to let everyone know that today, piph and i attended the last day of our last borg assembly ever!
the feeling walking out was wonderful.
my heart kind of sank a little when i remembered that i still had to attend meetings for a little over a month.

i was at the watchtower meeting last sunday and one elder gave an answer that jw 's do not have the problems like the cathlic church where the preist are molesting boys or the church has to pay huge sums of money out to abused cases.
is he not aware what is happening within the jw organization ?

Mak & Bliss, I am so sorry for the pain that you've been through. It's just awful. I don't know if dubs say stupid/insensitive things out of ignorance or what. I think part of it is the smug arrogance of belonging to what they think is the true religion. There is a sense of spiritual superiority that always made me cringe. All the bashing of the Catholic Church can't make up for the cold hard fact that child molestation is a real problem in the borg whether they choose to acknowledge it or not. These are not isolated cases or media attacks urged by Satan. It's so sad that such good people can be so misled and warped in their thinking, if they are thinking at all. - V Sky

by micheal inone of the cornerstones of jw's is counsel.
they just love to give counsel and many times they will literally make things up just for the sake of counsel.
i was once counselled for joking around too much.
